Terms of Service
Plain-language summary: use Hearth lawfully, your content is your own, AI answers can be wrong, and the Service comes with no warranty. The full terms are below.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Hearth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Hearth is an AI assistant: multi-model chat, document/web/video analyzers, web search, image generation, and related tools. Responses are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate — verify important information before relying on it. Hearth may change, add, or retire features with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to process content you do not have the legal right to use, to generate content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you submit and to the outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by law. Your conversations and uploaded documents are stored to provide the Service (history, analysis, memory) and are processed by the underlying model providers solely to generate your responses — not to train models. You can delete your data at any time.
5. Credits and subscriptions
Some features consume credits; paid plans are billed on the schedule shown at purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are not money, are non-transferable, and are tied to this brand — they cannot be moved to other services. Refunds are provided where required by law.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Hearth does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
